Job summary

Adams and Associates seeks a Recreation Program Supervisor to oversee a comprehensive and diverse recreation program for students. The role promotes health and wellness by coordinating activities according to the approved recreation schedule and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising student participants, coordinating with the Center and local resources, and maintaining equipment and facilities. A valid state driver's license is required, with CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1-year related experience working with youth is preferred.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
• CDL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of a comprehensive and diverse recreation program.
• Coordinate recreation activities with CPP and Social Development, including evening programming.
• Coordinate recreation and leadership activities with Center and local community resources.
• Ensure safe practices and program compliance within safety guidelines.
• Document student participation and accountability during recreation activities.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and materials and oversee their use.

Education
