Job summary

Adams and Associates seeks a Recreation Supervisor to work with the Recreation team in providing a comprehensive program for students in Drums, PA. The role focuses on promoting health and wellness through diverse activities outlined in the approved schedule.

You will supervise, coordinate with CPP and Social Development, and ensure safety standards while documenting participation and maintaining facilities. CDL is preferred and an in-state driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or 1 year related youth experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Oversees and assists with a comprehensive recreation program for students.
• Coordinates recreation activities with CPP and Social Development and includes evening programming.
• Ensures safe practices and program compliance within safety guidelines.
• Documents student participation and accountability in recreation activities.
• Maintains equipment inventory and facility appearance of the recreation department.
• Provides high-quality supervision and mentoring for students and staff as required.
