FLEX HIGH SCHOOL MICHIGAN is seeking a Student Relations Technician to manage student records, data input, and compliance related to FTE and state mandates. The role involves communicating with students and parents about progress and concerns, and maintaining accurate records.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of related duties, and strong organizational skills. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a competitive compensation package starting from $15.45/hour.

• Good record-keeping techniques
• Planning and organizational skills
• Good oral and written communication proficiency
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Able to meet schedules and timelines
• Ability to prepare general, statistical and special reports
• Detail oriented individual that is systemic in their approach to all assigned tasks

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains files related to student records and compliance issues (FTE and state mandates).
• Communicates with students and parents about progress or concerns.
• Performs complex administrative tasks related to student information and records.
