Job summary

Concorde-Career-College in Tampa, FL is seeking a Re-entry Advisor to engage former, absent, and at-risk students. You will conduct outreach, provide resources, and coordinate re-entry opportunities to promote persistence and enrollment success.

The role focuses on regular communication, tracking outreach activities, and collaborating with Student Affairs to remove barriers and support student retention.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ professionally relevant work experience; experience in student services, admissions, or student retention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to former students via phone, email, text, and other methods to encourage re-entry and continued enrollment.
• Maintain ongoing contact with prospective re-entry students and document outreach activities, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Meet with students considering withdrawal to discuss resources, re-entry opportunities, and steps to return to school.
