Job summary

The Sullivan University System is seeking a Re-entry Admissions Representative to engage former students, assess eligibility, and enroll them in appropriate programs. This on-site role requires coordinating with multiple departments to maintain accurate records and meet enrollment targets.

You will conduct interviews, tours, and referrals while ensuring compliance with admissions policies and financial aid basics. Excellent communication and flexible scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years related experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic knowledge of financial aid programs and procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of academic programs offered by the school.
• Proficient knowledge of all corporate, state, and federal regulations and policies applicable to the position.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to function efficiently and utilize good time management skills in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
• Ability to effectively utilize a computerized lead tracking and data management system, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products.

Responsibilities

• Makes contact through outbound recruiting calls, emails and text messages to former Sullivan University System students to set and conduct appointments.
• Conducts interviews with returning students; determines whether the student meets minimum admission requirements and is otherwise qualified for their program of interest.
• Conducts tours and refers to other programs or locations as appropriate.
• Works with other departments to coordinate the readmissions process, including contacting Collections and Enrollment Services/Registrar’s to have SAP completed.
• Seeks approval from the Enrollment Services Director or Location Director when tuition rates must be held.
• Achieves enrollment and activity goals and acts professionally, ethically, and with integrity.
• Maintains adherence to the SUS Admissions Code of Conduct.
• Complies with applicable regulations and policies for Admissions.
• Facilitates enrollment and registration by ensuring proper completion of the enrollment application and related steps.
• Ensures retention of enrolled students by maintaining regular contact and notifying them of retention activities.
• Cancels non-responsive applicants and forecasts projected enrollments as requested.
• Maintains records in Campus Vue system and Talisma.
• Completes all new-hire and ongoing training courses.
• Demonstrates core competencies: planning, organization, communication, teamwork, and compliance.
