Responsibilities
  • Recruit high school and college students for the Workforce Development Program.
  • Assist students in transitioning in their education toward a career in healthcare.
  • Work closely with Sr. Program Project Coordinator to design and execute cocurricular programming.
  • Assist students with college application process.
  • Facilitate social and mentoring support with participants monthly and throughout the year.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of professional experience in coordinating or administering higher education programming or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.

Commensurate with experience.
