Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College is seeking a Student Photographer under the Federal Work Study program. You will schedule headshot sessions for students, faculty, and staff, set up lighting and camera gear, and edit photos with Lightroom/Photoshop. Maintain organization of digital assets and format images for web and print.

Hours capped at 25 per week with a focus on consistency and quality. Role supports Marketing, reporting to Multimedia Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate headshot sessions for students, faculty, and staff.
• Set up and break down lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment.
• Edit headshots and event photos using Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop.
• Ensure consistent quality, color correction, cropping, and retouching standards.
• Organize and archive digital assets in a shared photo library.
• Resize and format photos for web, print, and social media use.
• Support staff and professionals during video shoots by setting up equipment.
• Stay up to date on trends in visual media and propose improvements.
