A leading mental health care organization seeks an Academic Coordinator to support families and students through the admissions and academic process. This role includes conducting intake meetings, coordinating with teachers, and ensuring smooth transitions from intake to discharge. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or Social Work along with strong interpersonal skills and experience with diverse learners. Qualifications
1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
Experience working with diverse learners in an academic or residential setting is preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-person intake meetings with parents and teens.
Coordinate with teachers to meet individually with students for survey completion.
Send discharge surveys via email and follow up with families.
Assist the Clinical Director with outcomes-driven audits and reporting.
Onsite for approximately 6 hours daily.
