Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related experience in adult education or similar environment preferred but not required.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Equivalency to completion of twelfth grade with supplemental training in guidance, advising, or counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide student support and advising to establish educational or career pathways.
• Recruit students and coordinate with school, training centers, colleges, and local agencies.
• Guide students on next steps for goals in adult education and make referrals to community resources.
