Job summary

Churchatthegrove’s Social Circle Campus is seeking a dedicated Student Pastor to lead the Student Ministry (grades 6–12). This full‑time role will implement the church’s vision and strategy, guiding students toward spiritual growth and community involvement.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 5 years of relevant ministry experience, with a proven ability to develop servant leaders and build strong relationships with students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the candidate.
• 5+ years of relevant ministry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Student Ministry for grades 6–12 at the Social Circle Campus.
• Discipleship, developing servant leaders, and fostering spiritual growth.
• Build relationships with students and families and implement the church’s strategy.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and NextGen Director as needed.
