Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Student Business Development Representative to promote Starlink in the Charlottesville area. The role focuses on door-to-door outreach, territory planning, and community engagement while earning hourly pay plus commission for activations.

You will receive paid training, coaching, and ongoing support from Mosaic leaders. This part-time position is designed to fit around your class schedule and local events may be involved.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled, able to work 15–25 hours per week around class schedule.
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated with a manager and clear plan, and able to engage new people.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory. You will be assigned neighborhoods around campus and use broadband coverage maps and territory tools to find households that may be a great fit for Starlink. You will help plan your routes, track your outreach, and learn what works as you build momentum.
