Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist during stocking of shelves.
• Unload boxes after a pick-up or delivery and guide organization.
• Help with food pick-ups when needed.
• Provide positive customer service to everyone who visits.
• Assist with social media development.
• Promote awareness of food insecurity on campus.
• Lead student workers in keeping the pantry clean and organized.
• Supervise PantryTrak check-ins and maintain the pantry's line.
• Table at events to advertise the CWRU Community Pantry and the Dean of Students Office.
• Complete temperature logs each shift.
• Inspect food for quality assurance.
• Complete inventory sheet and check for expiration dates.
• Maintain privacy of all who use the pantry.
• Check that after shift logs are completed by all student workers.
• Oversee campus plate use for inventory tracking.
