Description

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are currently seeking undergraduate participants for the Summer 2027 Future Insurance Professionals program based at our headquarters in Fairfield, OH. This immersive opportunity is a joint program between The Cincinnati Insurance Companies and our independent agencies.

During this program, we will provide three weeks of hands‑on training and classes. Participants receive high-level overviews of personal and commercial insurance and spend time on underwriting teams to observe how accounts are underwritten. You will have the opportunity to shadow Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Excess & Surplus Lines underwriters, along with Claims and Loss Control associates. Participants willexperience valuable lessons and gainrelationship knowledgebetween agents and carriers through interactions.

This is a 3-week program set for May 17th- June 4th.

Eligible candidates are:

• enrolled as a full-time, undergraduate student at an accredited college/university at the sophomore, junior, or senior standing (as of Fall 2026 semester)
• all majors arewelcome to apply
• collegiate transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial are acceptable)
• in good academic standing (cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher preferred)

The pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
