St. Luke's Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Student Nurse Technician to assist with patient assessment, planning, implementation and education under RN supervision. The role emphasizes prioritization, delegation and evaluating a designated group of patients while supporting unit operations.

You will promote teamwork with the healthcare team, manage personal supplies and equipment, and uphold hospital policies to ensure safe, compassionate care aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
• Has completed first clinical rotation and demonstrates clinical readiness.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for patient care.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, performs the primary function of a Student Nurse Technician in assessing, planning, implementing, educating, prioritization, delegation and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Is responsible for managing all assigned personal supplies, equipment on the unit, and for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Currently enrolled in accredited nursing program and completed first clinical rotation .
