Job summary

Regency Hospital is seeking a Student Nurse Technician (Future Registered Nurse) in Oregon, OH. You will support nursing staff during 12-hour nights, take vital signs, assist with daily care and mobility, and help with basic procedures.

Requires current enrollment in an ADN/BSN program and proof of year-one fundamentals; BLS is required on hire. You may cover shifts at both Sylvania and Oregon locations, with opportunities for hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited nursing school (ADN or BSN).
• Proof of completion of the first year or fundamentals of nursing.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight and demographic data.
• Assist patients with daily care and mobility as directed.
• Deliver meals and document oral intake for patients.
• Assist with catheter removal, finger sticks, bladder scans, urine/stool collection.
• Transport patients to treatment centers and other areas as needed.
