Responsabilités

• Collaborates with patient, family, and other health care providers.
• Formulates the plan of care with the RN and involves patient in decisions.
• Maintains the ANA Code of Ethics in daily practice.
• Ensures skills checklist is current and validated by nursing program and KH RN preceptor.
• Performs basic bedside care under RN supervision and assists with admissions, transfers and discharges.
