Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited pre-licensure MSN/BSN/ADN program.
• Passing grade (C or better) in Fundamentals/Foundations of Nursing; transcript required.
• Current BLS card (AHA or American Red Cross) required.
• CNA certificate preferred but not required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the nursing process under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Delivers direct patient care activities on the assigned unit.
• Accesses medication storage areas and transports medications as needed.
