Job Summary

Student Nurse Apprenticeship Program (SNAP)

  • Schedule : PRN with a requirement of full time for the first week
  • Requirement: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
  • Department : Adult Acute Care
  • Location: Charlotte Region

About the SNAP Program?

The Student Nurse Apprentice Program (SNAP) serves as a member of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, observing and collaborating with the Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death. The SNA II is supervised for the management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures. The SNA II will document and provide assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
