Job summary

Jacksonville State University is seeking a part-time Multimedia Assistant in Residence Life to support the Marketing Team with graphic design and marketing materials. You will design graphics for print and web, and create social content for Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, while updating flyers and digital boards.

Collaborate with the JSU Print Shop and support university events such as Preview Day and Orientation, contributing to campaigns throughout the academic year.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Should be working towards a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Present a portfolio with examples of work showing experience with Graphic Design/Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Designing graphics for Print and Web.
• Produce creative content for social media such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Keep content of flyers and documents up to date.
• Maintain University digital board content.
• Work in coordination with the JSU Print Shop, prepare files in a print-ready format.
• Work university events such as Preview Day, Accepted Students Day, and Summer Orientation sessions.
