Responsibilities

• Engage in Ministry Functions including spiritual development and leadership development to support Young Life communities.
• Develop and participate in ministry programs, clubs, and events with Padres/volunteers.
• Lead teams in spiritual development and participate in fundraising and donor care activities.
• Attend regional and area trainings as directed by leadership and mentor staff.
• Maintain professionalism, adhere to policies, and manage office tasks and report progress.
