Qualifications

• Must be an active CCU student and enrolled full-time.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is expected.
• Experience with project coordination or administrative work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist University Marketing Manager with project coordination across marketing and graphic design teams.
• Manage project workflows and track status of tickets, proofs, and approvals.
• Communicate with campus marketing partners about timelines and requirements.
• Support the graphic design department with basic design tasks (edits, flyers, social graphics).
• Provide general office and administrative support to the marketing team.
