Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in making ready vacant units for leasing.

Responsibilities include documenting work, managing materials, maintaining grounds, and supporting cost-control efforts while following safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Formación

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs per policies and codes.
• Completes Make-Ready tasks for vacant units with inspections.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor for reordering.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments by inspecting and scheduling tasks.
• Follow procedures to access materials and manage inventory with supervisor notification.
• Complete documentation and paperwork to ensure requests are tracked.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenities upkeep, including painting curbs and signage.
• Support safety programs, OSHA training, and report incidents promptly.
• Periodically inspect contractor work to verify quality and compliance.
• Conduct routine property inspections and communicate safety concerns to management.
