Job summary

Telos is seeking a Student Life Coordinator to support the residential student experience by ensuring a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. You will work with the Residential Director, staff, and departments to coordinate daily routines, activities, life-skills opportunities, and community events.

You will maintain the student-life calendar, arrange outings, and coordinate tours for families and approved guests, while upholding Telos standards and boundaries.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize programming, activities, tours, people, resources, and competing operational priorities.
• Strong leadership skills and clear expectations for programming and culture.
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate programming for adolescents and young adults.
• Ability to conduct professional, informative tours for parents and visitors.
• Ability to manage calendars, activities, outings, and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support a residential culture of safety, accountability, belonging, growth and engagement.
• Coordinate daily routines, activities, and life-skills programs.
• Plan and manage the residential calendar, outings, and events.
• Collaborate with departments to support treatment goals and programming.
• Maintain presence on the residential floor to monitor engagement and environment.
• Prepare for tours and coordinate staffing for events and family visits.
• Support staffing needs and ensure programming is carried out as intended.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in all interactions.
