The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking an Associate Director, Careers and Student Life to lead employer relations, one-on-one coaching, and student life programming for MiM and MiF programs. You will drive recruiting activity, build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities, and partner with students and employers to foster community and professional growth across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for part of the experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target, and develop new employer relationships for MiM and MiF programs.
• Conduct sustained outreach to companies, search firms, and alumni networks to generate internships and full-time opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of employer accounts with regular contact and recruitment plans.
• Maintain CRM and career management records; produce pipeline and activity reports.
• Coordinate logistics for employer visits, info sessions, and recruiting events.
• Provide individualized coaching to MiM and MiF students on career exploration and job search strategies.
• Coach students on resumes, LinkedIn, and professional storytelling for interviews.
