Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required and three or more years of related experience.

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event bookings and department functions for internal and external constituents.
• Coordinate facility needs for campus events including room setup and equipment needs.
• Maintain event reports and records.
• Advise and manage programs of the College Activities Board and Intramurals.
• Manage campus event calendars and postings.
• Direct and supervise student employees and maintain office operations.
• Plan, organize and implement annual Student Life events and programs.
• Assist with retention efforts of the Student Life Office.
