San Diego State University is seeking a collaborative Student Life Advisor for the Pierce Greek Life Center to support the growth and success of the fraternity and sorority community. You will advise chapters, provide leadership development, and coordinate educational programs and risk-management education.

You’ll work directly with student leaders, campus partners, and Greek organizations to promote belonging, well-being, and responsible involvement while contributing to a positive Greek Life

Qualifications

• Knowledge of student development principles and Greek life in higher education.
• Experience advising student organizations, Greek councils, or chapters on leadership and policies.
• Experience planning leadership retreats, workshops, recruitment activities, and community-building events.
• Knowledge of student organization policies, risk management, and university regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse student populations.

Responsabilités

• Advise fraternity and sorority chapters and student leaders on operations and development.
• Provide guidance on leadership development, risk management, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate leadership retreats, workshops, recruitment, and community-building events.
• Collaborate with campus partners, alumni, and inter/national organizations to support Greek Life experiences.
• Maintain program records and assist with assessment and improvement.
