Job summary

University of Oklahoma is seeking a student employee for the Library Service Center, performing routine shelving, shifting, locating materials, shelf reading, sorting by size, lifting boxes and trays, and data entry. Work is at the off-campus Library Service Center with occasional on-campus shifts. A valid driver’s license is required.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in the Summer term at OU and provide Summer 2026 class schedule. Schedule will be arranged to fit around class commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in Summer term at OU.
• Basic data entry skills and some computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine duties in the Library Service Center and other off-site storage facilities, including shelving, shifting, locating library materials, shelf reading, sorting materials by size, lifting boxes and trays, and data entry.
• Reports to work at the off-campus Library Service Center location and occasionally on campus; transportation not provided; must have a valid driver’s license.
