JOB PURPOSE
Disability Access Services (DAS) at Whitman College is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized student to serve as a Student Liaison. This position provides administrative support while helping create a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
The Student Liaison will be an important first point of contact for students accessing Disability Access Services and will assist with daily office operations, scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasks.Depending on the needs of the office and the student's interests and skills, the student may also be asked to assist with special projects, such as developing content for or helping manage the DAS Instagram account, creating informational materials, or supporting outreach and awareness initiatives. These projects provide opportunities to build skills in communication, creativity, technology, and project management.
