Job summary

The role champions student leadership development, commuter outreach, and faith-centered student life while collaborating with the Director of SAIL.

The position leads front office staff, drives assessment, designs marketing strategies, and oversees budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in student activities or related field.
• Strong leadership and event/program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Co-leads Steering Committee and events and supports front office student team.
• Drives assessment and reports on program effectiveness for leadership and engagement.
• Oversees marketing design and media management for SAIL.
• Manages budgets and stakeholder communications; attends university meetings.
• Plans Welcome Weekend, Winter Welcome Weekend, and student leadership events.
