Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or related field with two years of professional experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership and student services roles.
• Driver's license preferred in California for some duties.
• Experience advising student clubs and developing co-curricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Advise and develop student organizations with program planning, budgeting, and evaluation.
• Design educational leadership programs using a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion framework.
• Collaborate with department colleagues on major campus programs like leadership summits and events.
