Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking reliable Execution Mentors to support high-achieving students (Grades 8–12) in developing executive function and leadership skills. You will meet daily with students to help manage schedules, track assignments, and build momentum under the guidance of the Senior EF Coach.

This flexible, contract/hourly role focuses on accountability, structured guidance, and fostering independence, with opportunities to impact students' academic and personal growth across US and UK

Qualifications

• M.Ed. or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven success working with youth/students.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular 1:1 support to help students complete tasks and meet milestones.
• Act as accountability partner—checking in on progress and motivation.
• Review schedules, deadlines, and commitments with students.
• Offer practical, encouraging guidance to students needing structure.
