Job summary

Bridgewater Bagel & Coffee is seeking student employees to provide IT support at Bridgewater State University. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues for faculty, staff, and students, as well as assisting with equipment in classrooms. Work includes providing assistance with various technical issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role pays $15.00 per hour and requires a commitment of at least six credits for the Fall semester.

Qualifications

• Must be registered for a minimum of six credits for Fall 2026 semester.
• Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Assist customers with account logins and password resets.
• Fix printer issues and install software.
