Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records for Windows and macOS devices.
• Assist in migration of devices to Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and track loaner laptop devices.
• Provide basic AV support and training of our spaces.
• Monitor and assist with remediation of security vulnerabilities.
