Job summary

This hourly, non-exempt role requires strong written skills and experience in team sports, with certifications in CPR/AED and NFHS Concussion In Sports.

Qualifications

• Strong written skills demonstrated in application materials.
• Prior experience in team sports evident in background.
• Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within first month.
• Current NFHS Concussion In Sports certification or willingness to obtain within first month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Intramural Sports participants and teams across 30+ sports and events.
• Schedule and coordinate games, standings, and participant communications.
• Lead staff meetings and trainings; supervise officials as needed.
• Respond to inquiries professionally; assist with facility scheduling and incident reporting.
