Job summary

Abacus Solution Group is seeking an Enhanced Support Provider to join an intervention team in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. The ESP will work with students, implementing prepared academic and behavioral instructional programs, and provide 1:1 support as part of a team.

The ESP will operate under the direction of the Behavior Specialist and classroom teacher, and will collaborate with co-workers, students, and community while maintaining confidentiality and using technology to complete tasks.

Qualifications

• Work with students as part of an intervention team.
• Implement prepared academic/behavioral instructional programs.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students.
