Job summary

Abacus is seeking an Enhanced Support Provider (ESP) to join a school-based intervention team in the St. Mary’s County area. The ESP will work 1:1 and with small groups, delivering prepared academic and behavioral instructional programs under the guidance of the Behavior Specialist and classroom teacher.

The ideal candidate will collaborate professionally with coworkers, students, and community members, and maintain strict confidentiality while leveraging technology to complete tasks efficiently.
