Kid's Thrive Dayton is seeking a compassionate Intervention Specialist for a full-time day schedule. You will deliver individualized academic, behavioral, and developmental interventions while collaborating with families, teachers, therapists, and clinicians to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
• Appropriate state certification or licensure, when required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with developmental, behavioral, emotional, or learning needs is a plus.
• Familiarity with IEPs, behavioral support plans, or structured intervention programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic, behavioral, developmental, and educational interventions.
• Assess student strengths, needs, progress, and areas requiring additional support.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies and measurable goals.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support as appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
