The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate Intervention Specialist to join our full-time, school-based team in Westerville, OH. You will support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs to help them achieve academic and personal success in an inclusive setting.

Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized learning experiences, monitor progress, and implement evidence-based instructional strategies while ensuring

Qualifications

• Master's in Special Education or related field required.
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild/Moderate) for K-12.
• Knowledge of SPED laws and best practices.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs based on student goals.
• Provide specialized instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Monitor progress and adapt instruction to support achievement.
