Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement school-based dropout prevention efforts.
• Meet with targeted students to build relationships and understand needs.
• Provide case management and intervention for identified students.
• Develop strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve grades.
• Collaborate with school staff to advocate for students and provide interventions.
• Coordinate with families through meetings and home visits.
• Support students during transitions between middle and high school.
• Engage with community resources to supplement student services.
