Boston Medical Center is seeking a Student Intern in the Pathology Administration department for a part-time schedule. The role supports staff, learns basic principles, and adheres to established protocols while gaining hands-on experience in a hospital setting.
Candidates should be a high school student or recent graduate enrolled in a degreed or vocational program, with strong attention to detail and good communication.
Must be a high school student (18+ years of age) with a permit to work or a high school graduate enrolled in a degreed or vocational program. Must learn and understand the basic principles and methods used in the department, always following established protocols. Position: Student Intern. High School Department: Pathology Administration. Schedule: Part Time.
Experience working in outpatient areas of a hospital or in community health centers is desirable.
Must be detail-oriented. Good communication skills and diplomacy to interact and communicate effectively. Able to stay organized and ability to work independently once given direction.
Compensation Range: $0.01- $0.00. This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
