Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic Student Intern, Structural to assist in structural analysis, design, and drawing preparation for buildings, platforms, foundations, and industrial structures. You will collaborate with our structural engineers to solve engineering problems and produce high-quality design documents, plans, specifications and estimates.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Must be at least a college junior.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Requires previous course work in structural engineering, concrete, and steel structures.
• Solid writing and communication skills.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States for an unlimited time without sponsorship.

The Student Intern will be participating in structural analysis, design, and drawing preparation for buildings, platforms, foundations, and miscellaneous industrial structures. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and willing to learn with a committed interest in structures. Primary duties will include working with our structural engineers to solve engineering problems and produce high quality design documents, plans, specifications and estimates.
