Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking an Engineer-In-Training in Electrical for our Muscatine, IA office. You will support professional engineers, assist in design computations, and participate in site visits to gain practical experience on diverse projects for industrial, commercial, and government clients.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to quality control and project execution while developing your technical and professional skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited)
• Demonstrated desire to learn and grow in professional engineering fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and learn from experienced Professional Engineers and be mentored by industry leaders in electrical engineering.
• Support experienced engineers on projects, including design of steel and concrete structures in unique loading environments and reviewing fabrication drawings during construction.
• Contribute to diverse client projects in industrial, commercial, local, national, and international markets.
• Prepare design computations and assist in plan development using CAD tools.

Stanley Consultants is looking for a Electrical Engineer-In-Training 1 for our Muscatine, IA office. This position supports professional engineers as they assist our clients by providing both technical expertise and project management on a diverse range of projects.

• Collaborate with and learn from experienced Professional Engineers and be mentored by industry leaders in electrical engineering.
• Support experienced engineers on projects, including design of steel and concrete structures in unique loading environments and reviewing fabrication drawings during construction.

• Conducting project site visits and field investigations.
