Job summary

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Milwaukee seeks a Student Information Manager to ensure the reliability, integrity, and effective use of student data systems across the school community—encompassing academic, admissions, and advancement departments. The role focuses on PowerSchool and related software, with leadership supporting data-informed decisions by school leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience with student information systems or school data management.
Ability to analyze data and develop action plans.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management.
Knowledge of Google Management System for a 1:1 student environment.

Responsibilities

Manage PowerSchool and related SIS operations.
Maintain SIS environments, user accounts, and security settings; recommend improvements.
Coordinate school year setup, SIS rollover, and calendar configuration.
Facilitate data exchange between PowerSchool, WISEdata, and other platforms.
Provide staff training and support on data systems.
