Job summary

Bombardier in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) is seeking a Student, Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP to learn and contribute within a dynamic HR team. The role focuses on supporting the HRBP, following up on client requirements and assisting with events, communications, and engagement initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor degree in Psychology or related fields with strong English skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Administration or similar.
• Advanced proficiency level of English.
• Knowledge of office software.

Responsibilities

• You will support HRBP.
• You will follow up on assigned client requirements.
• You will develop events and work sessions.
• You will follow up on a customer engagement plan.
• You will collaborate with focus group sessions.
• You will generate designs for communication/notices/reminders.
• You will run team diagnostics.
• You will carry out 360° Evaluations.
• You will generate presentations.
• You will execute Voluntary Resignations Process.
