Bombardier in Mexico's Aerospace division is seeking a Student in Human Resources/Organizational Development for a temporary role. You will support orientation logistics, create training materials, and assist with data analysis and events to improve people processes.

Qualifications

• Currently studying in the final semesters of a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Advanced proficiency level of English.
• Interest in organizational development and talent management.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of orientation for new hires.
• Create and update training materials, as well as orientation materials for new employees.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to organizational development.
• Assist in coordinating cultural and professional development events and activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
• Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team.
