The University of Louisville UHRE (University Housing and Resident Experience) seeks a Manager, Student Housing (Quality Assurance and Summer Operations) to lead QA, asset management, room-turns, and summer operations across the housing portfolio.

The role directs two full-time staff, drives revenue-aligned operations, and ensures safety and service standards are met. Belknap Campus-based, full-time exempt position with varied hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Grade 7 (Salaried)

Responsabilités

• Lead QA, asset management, room-turn, and summer operations for UHRE.
• Develop audits and reports for planning and revenue analysis.
• Direct summer camps/conferences housing and client contracts.
• Oversee work control, maintenance coordination, and room turns.
• Support divisional initiatives and special projects.
