The Green at Waco Apartments, operated by Tarantino Properties, Inc., is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our Student Housing community in Waco, TX. You will conduct tours, engage prospects via social media and outreach, and close leases while building strong resident relationships.

Ideal candidates have leasing or multifamily experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage leads and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or multifamily housing is preferred.
• Ability to engage with prospective residents and parents effectively.
• Comfortable presenting property tours and closing leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing leads, follow-up, and CRM records.
• Familiarity with social media channels and creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors.
• Use promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Generate leads via phone and email follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about market trends.
