Job summary

College Town Communities in Athens, GA is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead a new student housing property during its transition. You will oversee on-site operations, leasing, and residency experience to support Bulldog residents.

You will build a proactive team, deliver exceptional hospitality, and collaborate with university partners to maximize occupancy and renewals while coordinating events and programs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of property management experience (student housing, hospitality, or customer service background strongly preferred).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Student Leasing: Develop and execute marketing plans targeted at the University of Georgia student population, driving occupancy and revenue targets during the transition.
• Resident Relations & Community Value: Deliver hospitality, mentor students daily, plan resident life events, and resolve issues with empathy.
• Team Leadership & Operations: Recruit, train, and manage an on-site team of student Community Assistants and establish operational excellence.
