American Campus Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a student housing community. You will clean the property, including amenities, and support turnover and daily upkeep to enhance residents' living experiences.

Experience is helpful but not required; training is provided. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to follow established procedures and safety rules while upholding community standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean the property to standard, including vacuuming, mopping, and trash pickup.
• Vacuuming, mopping and/or shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms, including tub, shower, and toilet areas.
• Assist in property turnover process.
• Assist in maintaining clean and orderly shops, storage areas, and back-of house environments, ensuring all supplies are organized.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
