American Campus Communities is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain a student housing community in Ann Arbor. You will clean and maintain the property, including amenities, to enhance residents' living experience.

This role involves common areas, resident spaces, and turnover preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with knowledge of general housekeeping, able to read safety rules, and capable of following multi-step instructions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to follow written or verbal multi-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean the property to standard, including vacuuming, mopping, and trash pickup.
• Vacuuming, mopping and/or shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms, including tub, shower, and toilet areas.
• Assist in property turnover process.
• Maintain clean and orderly shops, storage areas, and back-of-house environments.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
